Was the worst Brazilian wax I’ve ever had. Tried to complain at the desk however there were other customers around and it didn’t feel safe. I don’t think the beautician was qualified to do this treatment or knew what she was doing. She plucked out clumps of wax from where she had dripped it on the part where I explicitly wanted to keep.

I went in for a Hollywood wax with Deborah after not having gone for a few months. She recommended I rather do a Brazilian wax to start with, even though I’d been waxing for a year now. She was completely right and very considerate of how I was feeling throughout the process. Would highly recommend!
