I loved Chakra Bella. It was a really relaxing experience. The space is gorgeous and a sense of calm takes over when you step in the door. The bed was heated and felt like I was being given a hug. The reflexology itself was fascinating. I felt interesting tingles and sensations in different parts of my body and some parts of my body started to feel really heavy. Thanks for all of your advice
