The venue and atmosphere was not relaxing at all for a massage. I felt very on edge due to the loud vacuuming, music, banging and shouting from down stairs. The therapist herself was fine however I was informed this never happens, I would’ve rather rescheduled then because I came out more stressed than when I went in for a nice relax!
