Natasha was utterly brilliant, 5 stars all the way. I was in a considerable amount of pain in my back/left shoulder and really needed an appointment asap. I rang Chakra Bella on the offchance that they might have a free slot the same day to sort me out and she ran me back within 10mins and whilst she couldn't fit me in the same day so did manage to get me in the following morning. She's a lovely and easy to warm to person, very professional and I woudn't hesitate to recommend her.
