Unfortunately I have noticed twice now that messages are finishing earlier than the expected time. The message started late which is fine but no extra time was provided meaning a loss of several minutes. A 1 hour message should be a 1 hour massage.

The team at Chada are super friendly and welcoming, I always have a positive experience here. On this occasion, I was appointed to the room right by reception - from here you can hear the customers conversation which can be a quite off putting, but overall the massage was great and professional. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Will be back as aways.
