I was a regular customer at Chada, but I will not return. Within the first five minutes, Som (over 70) slipped and fell onto me three times, hurting my right shoulder. I requested another therapist. May (56) applied very little pressure despite repeated requests and skipped my upper back because it was too tense. My back pain worsened after the massage, and two days later it is still awful. This experience fell far below expectations in terms of safety and quality of service.

My booking from Treatwell was not processed properly at the place. The therapist called the manager who took her time to take the call, she accepted to do the massage but the good vibes gone. I did not enjoy the massage at all. Bad experience from Treatwell and Chada.
