Went to see Sharon for a manual lymphatic drainage all I can say is wow my whole body feels so light , I suffer with fibromyalgia so am usual in a lot of pain but as soon as my treatment was finished I felt amazing , Sharon was very informative and gave me tips on keeping my lymph system working well. I’m so glad I went to centred well being on park road toxteth, if I could have given more than 5* I would have x feeling great from head to toe. So grateful to Sharon for her help and expertise. X
