Sharon is the owner of Centred Well Being and has been delivering holistic and complementary therapies in the community for 15 years. Sharon offers Aromatherapy, Massage, Swedish Massage, Indian head Massage, Reflexology, Thermal Auricular Therapy, Reiki and Facial Rejuvenation. Sharon is also a qualified person centred counsellor and also offers one to one confidential counselling.
