I pre-paid for a one hour massage.Half way through my massage, the therapist said she needs to go home, another person will take over! In my 20+ years of getting massages, I have never had someone just stop midway & hand off to someone else who has not already worked on me.I waited 10 mts for the next therapist to come by which time my muscle were again tightening up & all relaxation done was gone. The next person was double booked & did what she could but I did not get what I paid for.
