The microdermabrasion was amazing and exactly what I hoped for! Fatima did an excellent job and created a very relaxing atmosphere. My skin felt so clean and rejuvenated. Will definitely be coming back!

Nice salon, Marco was good and friendly. English needs some improvement which makes communicating more difficult. Good haircut overall, was relaxed about me asking him to take more length off when I asked. Would return.

I used to have my hair done by Mira, she knew what I like, always paid great attention to details and took time to make my hair perfect. I was so happy I found my hair salon finally! last time when I tried to book appointment with her it was not possible so I booked it with Mel, she seemed to have good reviews and I had such a positive experience before from Mira so why not. She was nice at the beginning but when I told her that in the past one of the other hairdressers has damaged my ends with excessive blowdry she suddenly changed, asked who that was ( I really didn't want to complain about anyone, I just changed hairdresser to Mira at that time), she became sort of upset ( despite the fact I haven't posted bad review about it); when in the past I mentioned it to Mira she took it very differently and approached my hair with care and never affected her professional behaviour, this lady seriously took it like I'm complaining about her, I just didn't want to have it done again to me so I just told her about my concerns. moreover she cut my hair too short telling me not to worry, it will grow back, I asked her to make it very even as it's bob, she said it doesn't have to be even, she rushed, she didn't even stopped cutting when my child's nursery called although I asked her to stop so that I can talk( my child bumped her head and j was concerned). she left a chunk of hair from one side and I mentioned it, she tried to correct it, then took hair straightner and curled it so it looked even ( i found out at home it wasn't) seriously I took time to write this comment, I don't complain usually but she treated me like she wanted to get rid of me. looking at the way the studio replies to negative feedback I am expecting a offensive and aggressive response
