Was surprised with the service after reading so many good reviews. Firstly, didn’t think the staff were professional. I arrived on time, but had to wait for 15 minutes for some reason - I could see my hairdresser was chatting with another one in the kitchenette. When my hairdresser arrived - she did not apologise for keeping me waiting. Then, during the hair washing and haircut, staff were chatting to each other instead of their clients. The haircut itself was okay, but felt rushed - for instance, the hairdresser cut layers around my face, but did not check and/or compared whether two sides matched (after coming home, I’ve realised the sides are uneven). Not a terrible salon (interior is actually quite pleasant), but felt it was not worth the price and the ‘hype’. Would not come again.
