The eyebrow threading was well done, very happy with this and venue looked cozy and welcoming. However, the person who did the treatment did not wear a mask or gloves (and didn't specify any reason), didn't sanitize brows and hands. She didn't ask what I was looking for, didn't check for pain nor delivered information on the treatment. She did the task that needed to be done, didn't speak a word, and straight got on her phone. I imagine it would bad for any first-timer and will not recommend.
