Shame no one greeted me when I first entered and would have appreciated the conditioner being massaged in - there was no head massage.
Didi was knowledgeable and cut my hair well and listened to what I wanted.

I have been to this salon many times before however I will not be returning. My stylist was 20 minutes late to her appointment as she was late to work. I was her first client at 10 am which is an achievable time to arrive to work. I then felt that she rushed my appointment, hardly apologising for her mistake. I left with a good haircut but I felt cheated out of good service as she was neither willing to talk to me or willing to compensate me for her mistake.
