I got lost but found the Salon being 8 mins late - warm welcome from Mel who was brilliant from beginning to end - lovely personality - very thorough with my hair colour (discussed first) and with vaselining the hairline first. The best hair colour I've had in ages. Pretty Salon and good lighting and temperature. Toilet also ultra clean. Happy everything on one level as I'm short sighted and could not wear my glasses while colour working! Very courteous and caring hair washing too. Excellent experience and I'm so happy to have found Mel!
