I arrived slightly late for my appointment, but received a friendly greeting, was sat down, offered a drink and asked what haircut I would like. I was also asked if they could tak before and after photos of my haircut which I didn't have a problem with. The only minor criticism I have is that the haircut took over an hour, which I wasn't expecting. However, I am very happy with the haircut and will definitely be returning!
