It was ok, I think staff could be more helpful and keep you informed of what is going on. For example, my appointment was nearly 20minutes late and I had to approach to find out what was going on. Also, as the person doing my eyebrows was late and had customers waiting I felt she rushed my treatment.

Sat for half an hour with no updates from any staff until the waxing lady turned up claiming the delay was because her previous customer ran late and she was not aware anyone was waiting. Because she was then in a hurry the hair removal was rushed, not thorough and painful. Would not return.
