The customer before me was running late, which meant I was left waiting for up to 10-15 minutes after my intended appointment. Fatima ensured I was comfortable while waiting, and even threw in a complimentary eyebrow threading as a gesture for keeping me waiting! Service was quick when it did get to my turn.
