Well, I have to say that I was very disappointed by the whole experience.
As a reflexology center, holistic type of experience to customers, I believe you should be a little more human and try to care a little more about the person and maybe be a little less obvious about the money focus...
I had a problem 2 days before the appointment, (I was out of the blue given the notice to leave my flat after 4 years living in it and had the worst week running around London trying to sort out a new place to live...)
I booked my appointment knowing any of that weeks before, so the Friday I was supposed to attend my appointment, I had the craziest day and was really struggling to make it on time with work, for viewings and not miss my appointment, so I tried to call (no answer) the center to ask to delay it half an hour, then emailed them, but never got an answer back.
When I finally made it to the place after having some troubles to find it, it was already half an hour down the time we were supposed to start... and I was in a total stressful state...
Then the therapist, rather than invite me over to the clinic, sat me down in the lobby of the building, and informed me we could either do a half an hour treatment instead of the hour I had buy or we could reschedule for another day, which would cost me additional £32 to the £38 I had already paid.
So I couldn't hold it any longer and with all the fuss of the week and now that, so I just started crying... I apologised and chose to do the half an hour he was offering straightaway, not a very relaxing treatment and experience, it resulted of 20 minutes treatment and unfortunately half of the time I spent carrying on with my meltdown...
I would have expected a warmer welcoming and experience, bearing in mind the situation, I think a business is a business, but people are people and kindness is important in all type of business, specially in this type of holistic business.
I would have thought rescheduling the appointment would have been very sensible and kind gesture, bearing in mind the situation.
I read really good reviews about the place and the therapist, he's got good hands, no doubt about that, but I thought the customer attention wasn't ideal... a real shame...

Amazing treatment by Mario as usual. I was completely and utterly relaxed. I left the building not sure how to get home and I use to live in this area. I was completely zoned out.
Mario is a really experienced and sensitive reflexologist. I would recommend him wholeheartedly!
