My visit to Central London Reflexology far exceeded my expectations, and I had high hopes coming into the treatment due to a problem that has been developing in one of my feet for the past few months. Mario is such a professional and I have seen some real improvements since the treatment. I felt better immediately afterward but also in the days that followed. Highly recommended and I plan to return again soon.

I was admittedly apprehensive as I had never had Reflexology before but Mario was so calming and professional I immediately felt at ease. Throughout the treatment I felt completely relaxed, more so than I envisioned and remained so for the rest of the day which felt amazing. I would thoroughly recommend Mario to anyone interested in having Reflexology or even if you just need some down time or a new method to detach from the stress of daily life. Thank You Mario
