Mario has made reflexology a cornerstone of my wellbeing - since I met him for the first time ± a year ago. He's knowledgeable, friendly and proficient - and most importantly, able to restore my energy levels without fail every time.

Mario, my reflexologist knows his craft thoroughly and can make a resounding effect on my whole body. After an hour's foot massage, I feel revived and my feet do not ache anymore. I cannot recommend enough.

Mario is both very competent (knows what he is doing and why) and a good listener (knows how to understand patient's needs and their reaction to the treatment). Explains very well what is going on in the body, and what the aim of the treatment is. You sense that he believes in what he's doing.
