I really enjoyed my treatment with Mario. As well as the reflexology being very calming, I enjoyed speaking to Mario about well-being more generally and he gave me some really helpful advice. Two days on from my treatment I feel calmer and have been sleeping better. Thank you Mario - stay blessed and hopefully see you again soon.

My first reflexology, it was amazing!! Mario has amazing hands and gets all the right spots, my feet never felt so good, will definitely call him next time I’m in London and would recommend him to all my friends.
