Mario is absolutely fantastic. He takes time to understand your issues and more often than not can tell you what’s wrong by just working on your feet. His treatments were very helpful with lower back pain, and also post surgery recovery from a lumbar discectomy at L4/5.

I've been seeing Mario for reflexology, and every visit has been a great experience. He's incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always taking the time to make sure you feel comfortable and well looked after. His expertise and caring approach make each session both relaxing and beneficial. I always leave feeling refreshed, and I can't recommend him highly enough!

I've seen Mario quite a few times now for Reflexology and I always leave feeling great and super chilled out. He is so professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does - you really are in safe hands.
