Really enjoyed my treatment with Mario on Saturday. It was my first time trying Reflexology, he took the time to explain in very accessible terms what it was all about and I felt very relaxed through the whole session.

I have had 5 treatments with Mario. I have started to feel an overall sense of well-being. He understood my symptoms. Although, I still have my symptoms I do feel better within myself.
Mario said it would take between 5-4 treatments to notice a difference. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained everything very well. It was the first time I had had reflexology.
Mario works from two clinics.
I will continue to have sessions with him.
