About Mario Demetriou MAR - Mario Demetriou is a qualified Reflexologist and full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and has been since 2010 when he qualified. He is dedicated to supporting health and wellbeing through professional, compassionate, and person-centred care. Mario qualified with an ABC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology from the London School of Reflexology and has continued to expand his knowledge through extensive post-qualification training, including: * Reflexology for People with Cancer * Reflexology and Working with Cancer Patients * Baby & Children’s Reflexology * Orthopaedic Reflexology * Spinal Reflexology * Power Reflexology * Gentle Touch Reflexology * Shiatsu Pressure Points on the Feet Since May 2025, Mario has volunteered as a Reflexologist on the Oncology Ward at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, providing reflexology treatments to patients living with cancer. To further enhance his practice in this specialist area, he has completed continuing professional development (CPD) training specifically focused on working with people affected by cancer. Mario has also undertaken specialist training in Baby and Children’s Reflexology, enabling him to adapt treatments for younger clients and families. His commitment to the reflexology profession extends beyond clinical practice; he served as a Board Member of the Association of Reflexologists for three years, helping to support and promote high standards within the profession. Through ongoing professional development and years of experience, Mario combines evidence-informed practice with a caring and holistic approach. His aim is to provide a safe, relaxing, and supportive environment where clients can take time for themselves, reduce stress, and enhance their overall wellbeing.
