After trying a few places locally I eventually found the Academy which is based in a professional salon environment. The students are lovely & friendly.. It’s nice to know your helping them learn too.

I Love coming to the training academy in Letchworth. The trainees are all so friendly and the tutors are fab! Services do take that extra time as it’s training but for the money you pay it’s great! I’ve always been very happy with my visits. Salon is always clean and with the current covid situation my temperature is always checked before entering the premises and hand gel supplied.

From the moment you're met at the entrance door, all Covid guidance is adhered to.
You're made to feel very welcome & safe. The staff are lovely and also tentative. They're honest about what can & can't be achieved (it's amazing what Google pics you see & "want" to have).
Although the staff are trainees at various stages in their development they always run their ideas, etc past the trainer/mentor & they to will come & discuss the end result with you.
I throughly enjoy my experience at here 😊

Had my hair done by oliwia at letchworth academy, she was very thorough and took her time, checking as she went along, the trainer Mandie was great, offering advice and guidance and checking the finished cut/colour, overall a lovely cut and colour by Oliwia, i am very happy with it. Thanks
