Had a great experience never done this through a college before so was vert happy with the end result. Katie was great will definitely do it again

Stylist didnāt make eye contact
Asked me if I wanted a drink and then didnāt get it
Took to long applying colour and toner
When cutting hair she put my parting in the middle and I said o donāt have it in middle and she said I always cut hair with parting in the middle and I said well I have layers round the front so need it cutting having my side parting
No conversation what so ever
She looked miserable and bored
Saying all that I am pleased with the colour

I was greeted on arrival by the team, seated and had a brief chat before Emily started. It was nice to see the trainees being shown so well what to do. My hair looked beautiful and I was really pleased. I would say take a snack and a bottle of water if it stretches over lunchtime as I forgot, Iāve had so many comments on my hair so thank you
