Charlotte was just amazing on Thursday when I had my hair cut. She knew exactly what I wanted, took so much time and attention with the cut and made me feel at ease. She has cut and styled my hair better than stylists who had been qualified for years and charge 4x the price! She is very competent and is already an amazing stylist! She will go far 🤩

I have had Charlotte a couple of times and she always does really well.
However my last visit she seemed quite quiet at times did not tell me what she was doing.
Just needs to improve communication skills then she will be perfect .
Otherwise the hair was great!
