It was lovely to be offered a drink and lovely conversation. The wash was very quick though and I asked for my copper toning conditioner to be put in, I didn’t think I’d need to explain she needed to wear gloves or that it would need to be left in a few minutes. Her nails got stained so she didn’t put it through all my hair but wanted to get it off her hands and nails asap. Heat was left on my hair way too long at times as I could see in the mirror my stylist daydreaming out the window.
