It did take longer but interesting when the supervisor was explaining the different ways to proceed. Found it quite relaxing and pleased with the result. I have short hair and in the past have often found I needed to tweak it a bit after a cut, but felt I was listened to when I described how I wanted it to look. It is now 2 weeks later and I can still run a brush through my hair and it has held it's shape. :-)
