My experience in the salon was very good. I was listened to and together we decided on a change of colour product. Sak is a very considerate and experienced stylist, nothing is too much trouble.

Firstly, nothing against the salon or staff, they were lovely, however as someone who has a blunt bob the lady really struggled to get it right. One side was massively longer than the other and I had to ask many times for it to be evened out
