Kay is my go to hairdresser and she is on point every time!! She is so chatty and so welcoming to what you want to have done. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Both times I’ve been here, Kay has been my stylist. The majority of the staff are absolutely amazing, hair goes perfect every time and they never fail to make me giggle. I don’t think I could ever go anywhere else, the girls in this establishment are unbelievably talented, pay attention to detail with references and are always sure to ask lots of questions. I’m constantly recommending Celly’s in Newport to my friends and family and I always will.
