Having never had a wax I was very nervous. As i entered the room I could see used cotton wool everywhere on the side and floor and the bin lid was dirty also.During the wax the lady used the hard wax and normal wax, not sure if this is normal but it didnt seem right to me. During the wax the bed kept sliding along the floor and the lady kept having to rearrange the bed using her hands with gloves on which she then carried on waxing with me- very unhygienic. Awful wax, I dont think I will be back
