Really bad experience!
Just to let you ladies know who do decide to book.
First of all the tea tree wax is strip wax, not hot wax and you will be charged £10.00 on top for asking for the hot wax (which was only explained after I had the waxing session).
I asked for a Brazilian and to my understanding it means leaving a landing strip not leaving the hair in the inside and just waxing around. So just be very specific in regards to how you want your wax.
Not only that but when I noticed this was the case I asked her to just wax it all off, when the therapist was finished there were still hairs (long hairs in patches) so I had to go out and ask her to wax them off also.
The therapist was very friendly but sadly the service wasn’t up to scratch, also a bit of feedback would be that you list the tea tree wax as strip wax.
