The lady doing my waxing was lovely but left disappointed as there was still a lot of hair left after the wax. She had told me that she was only able to do the hot wax rather than the strip wax for my Hollywood and I ended up having to pay £10 extra. The treatment should not have been available to book on Treatwell if the right person was not available for the appointment. After the treatment I was left with a lot of left over sticky hot wax on the back of my legs that I couldn’t see, which later got stuck onto my trousers - painful to remove and I’m unlikely to be able to salvage my trousers.

I had bio sculpture on my nails and after just 3 days they started to peel off. I contacted the son and Helen redid the hand where they were peeling off.however then my left hand started to lift and now after 10 days they areifting again on my right hand
I have never had this happen with bio sculpture it normally lasts 3 weeks. Maybe there was a problem with the colour? I wouldn't mind so much but I was it at work was not gardening and I was looking after my nails
It cost me £35 and I won'tback
