I was really disappointed with my facial. I’m a regular customer and get this vitamin facial all the time. The shop asked to change my therapist which of course I didn’t mind. Then my facial didn’t have the vitamin mask I booked. When I asked the lady to please use the vitamin facial she said she couldn’t use that one. I shared that I wasn’t happy with that as that’s the reason I booked it. I left feeling like I wasted my money and wasn’t relaxed I was annoyed. I was given a £5 voucher but feel I deserved more than that and actually money off would have been better as I spent £50. I normally love the facials here and walk out feeling amazing but this time I did not have that feeling at all.
