The treatwell app allowed me to book a Hollywood Tea Trea wax and pay for it on the app, when I got to the salon I was told the lady who I was booked with could not perform this and that I had to pay extra for the type of wax she works with. Not a great situation to be in when you have had the treatment before and booked in and it has been fine only then to be told I need to pay more on the day! Perhaps treatwell need to rethink what they are selling? Apart from that the treatment, staff and salon was fine hence the 5 stars.
