The therapist was pleasant but struck me as inexperienced in her skills or in need of more training. Massage was not deep tissue as requested but more of an overall gentle massage and not in any balanced order. Also had a pedicure (luxury) with the same complaints as to skills as my nails were uneven and the equipment used (file had seen better days)> Bins overflowing with discarded tissue and floor mop in full view of clients. Overall standard not what i had previously experienced. Average
