Overall all was good, pedicure could have focused a bit more on hard skin removal as there haven't been much done of it, the rest was nicely done and relaxing. Manicure was nice, however i would have appreciated if it had been done by the person i book with rather than changed to another person half way through... thank you

Dreadful experience, my daughter came out with odd eyebrows and a half done wax , had to return to finish the job. I had shellac gel manicure , no manicure given just file and paint then 3 days later as leaving to go on holiday woke up and found half a thumb nail had flaked off! Chased around airport to find nail varnish to match in. Dreadful would never go back and expect full refund of £71 paid.
