Came to the Salon as it's down the road from me. Staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. I had my threading done and the staff member was great. She did my eyebrows how I wanted them. The hot stone massage was fab, first time having one and it was very relaxing. Highly recommend.

Threading was good, no issues. Unfortunately the resources required for bio sculpture nails wasn’t sufficient and the women that did my nails was lovely and knew what’s she was doing but the less than a week later, they started coming apart from the nail. I contacted and spoke to Neha on Thursday as I just wanted to get them removed before they break& I break my natural nails. I was promised a call back on Friday morning however I’m still waiting to hear back.....

Overall the facial was ok but was different to previous vitamin facials I had had. The treatment wasn't discussed with me beforehand so I didn't have a chance to talk about my concerns. I felt the treatment wasn't in line with the pricing.
