Friendly welcome, but immediately my feet were put into lukewarm water (I did ask for hotter water,) which would inevitably be cold half way through pedi. Hard nail file for fake nails was pulled out, but I asked for soft nail file for natural nails so it would not damage the nail bed, which she then found. Then had a very timid scrub followed by massage which lasted not even a minute, at which point she then scrubbed my heels again as they were ‘rough’ (thank u!) As I had less then 1 min massage per foot, I asked if it was the normal for luxury pedi so the lady then did a bit more massage! (Great) Nails were painted well. All in all, it was a standard nice pedi, but not as described, and it was a shame I had to prompt.

Excellent experience at Cazelle Beauty yesterday! Staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout. Nails and eyebrows were done to such a high standard. Definitely highly recommend and will be returning.
