Friendly and helpful staff. Took time to advise on different nail polishes and try out colours beforehand. Helen was very good and did a lovely pedicure. I would g there again.

V disappointed- I hadn't used Cazelle for about 18 months but wanted to have a treat so booked a facial as my previous times there were fantastic. This was not the Cazelle or staff I remember. No one asked if I'd been before, no questionnaire about my health/skin/allergies, I was only asked if I had any problems with my skin to which I answered truthfully 'very dry'. Whatever she did to my nose was so painful I was whincing away & it brought tears to my eyes - no one has ever scraped my nose during a facial before & I'm sure that amount of pressure & harshness was unnecessary. 4 days later & my face is covered in pimples & blemishes - never have I had so many spots, not even as a teen. My skin is so dry I'm having to slather moisturizer on it 4 times a day. Sadly can not risk going back.

Jigna is a wonderful beauty therapist , I can out glowing from a truly amazing facial , such gentle hands massaging those stress thoughts away . My eye brows look great and my nails now have a good shape . I recommend johns to you she is a lovely warm caring personality who will take care of your individual needs . Thank you
