I had shelac manicure and pedicure. My nails chipped within a week. I returned the following week and was offered a replacement and told shelac only lasts a few days depending on the colour! I said it should last for 3 to 4 weeks. Another member of staff said here chiped within a few days. I asked for it to be taken off. When they took it off the following day I was surprised how quickly it came off which made me think that it couldn't have been shelac. I wasn't charged for the removal of the nail polish but I wasn't offered anything else. I have my eyebrows and waxing done there, but she to the bad service I will go elsewhere. They have lost me as a customer which is a shame as the staff were always very charming.
