My initial appointment was cancelled which was disappointing, but the lady who called me to rearrange promised to "make me up a bag to apologize". Despite the staff being amazing and it was a top class treatment, no one ever mentioned this to me afterwards and I didn't receive anything.

Lovely visit, enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff. Would have liked the aroma therapy candle lit and a bit more pressure with the massage, but would visit again!
