Friendly staff who put me at ease. Though I did find the questionnaire about my health at the beginning a little intrusive. The massage was very relaxing and the oils used were comfortable and smelt delicious. I asked for a firm massage and despite my masseuses pettiness she did it perfectly. They gave me some lovely free testers at the end which I look forward to trying. It is on the pricy side, but for a treat it’s totally worth it. My one criticism was that the ‘cupboard’ for hanging personal belongs in wasn’t big enough.
