This salon is normally amazing I recommend all my friends here the girls and products are fab
Sadly my facial I had this time was the worst by a long way.
The new lady who is at the salon coughed a lot of the session which is never pleasant
She was so rough around my eye area dragging the skin was not good .
Sadly felt like I should have said something but I didn’t , sadly felt left down as this is my go to salon . I’ll go again but the new girl from New Zealand really needs better training on your normally very professional facials .

A lovely setting and massage started out very relaxing. My therapist did leave half way through for a few minutes which I found a little disruptive. The room is very calming and the heated bed a lovely touch
