The radiance facial was excellent! She asked me what my skin concern is before the treatment so she could choose the products & tailor it to my needs. The bed was comfortable with electric blanket on to keep you nice and warm. The pressure she used on my face was just perfect and the one for scalp and shoulder was definitely firmer which was excellent! She explained the products she used after the facial as well which was useful
