I had the pamper package including facial and full body massage for 30 and 60 min respectively. The massage was great and the therapist was very firm on my tense back however I thought the facial was a bit measly - it didn't last more than 15/20 min and I didn't come out with that glow as I usually do after any facial elsewhere.
