Great treatment from a brand I've been using for years!
The only minus for this experience is that the treatment started 5 mn late and finished 10mn early
I would not really mind as the treatment was really good but when I arrived I asked to change the massage for another treatment but was told that there was no time to re-set up the room and the therapists did not want me to miss out on my treatment time
Cutting then out my treatment by 10 mn only left me confused
An extra mile customer service would definitely get them the 5 star they deserve
Although the facial itself was lovely, my appointment was for 11am which is the time the salon opened. I arrived at 10.50 and had to wait til 11 to go in despite staff bustling about inside. Would have been nice to go in, sit down and look at products.
