The SPA is under the shop so very noisy which makes it difficult to relax as you can hear footsteps and conversations

Even though it was a 30 minute facial I felt very relaxed aftereards. My skin was noticeabley smootber and softer for a few days aftereards. The therapist was very attentive to individual needs of my skin. Only down side to having a treatment in the downstairs of the store was being able to hear the coming and goings upstairs.
