Lovely, friendly staff and very helpful appointment, learnt some useful tips about my skin. Not too pushy when it came to selling their products, but I bought a couple anyway because they smell SO GOOD. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because I had to wait for a little while when I arrived. But overall a great experience.

The store is beautiful and all the products are lovely. The consultation was good, but could have been improved by them removing your makeup with products properly and using the tool on various sections of your face. They just remove the makeup under your eyes/tops of cheeks, which seems a bit odd because they check for things like acne (which I have on my chin only) and pores (which are usually prominent on the nose). It would have been a better way to experience the products as well. The products are great though and I left with £170 worth of stuff (oops). The therapist also gave me tons of samples which was great and I saved money/got free products because of all the Xmas sets.
